Lovely, traditional and dog friendly, on the ground floor! The friendliest staff ever! I had a cheese toastie, with a bottle of sparkling water. It came to my table incredibly quickly. They also gave my dog a bowl of water, without being asked to do so. Great value, and definately worth a visit. The bakery looked fabulous, with a great variety of veggie and vegan pasties.

Davies of Mumbles is a traditional seaside bakery located in the famous Mumbles bay. The staff here are extremely sweet, welcoming and friendly. The architecture of the bakery is absolutely stunning externally and the bakery is split into two floors. You must try their Welsh cakes with jam, otherwise known as Jam Splits. Glad to have visited.
Fantastic food! And lovely environment. Chicken curry is delicious (too spicy if any do not like it, but I do) and Lamb & mint is great too. Pastries are excellent as well.
Lovely little place to either sit and have some food or grab something and sit by the front. Good pasties, coffee and sweet bakery treats too, all-around winner!
I love treating myself to a bakery whilst on holiday, and Davies of Mumbles certainly didn't disappoint. With a five-star hygiene rating, the food looks delicious and certainly tastes just as good. I will definitely return when I am next in the area. It's worth noting for those with allergies: apart from the vegan options, everything is egg-washed.
